Body Engineering – A combination of half an hour of New Body, 15 minutes of Body Sculpt and 15 minutes dynamic stretching, this will be an excellent endurance conditioning exercise class for most levels.

Body Core Training (Coordinated strength and control of our upper and lower body)
Core Stretch Fit – Using Pilates foam roller to coordinate Pilates based strengthening and stretching exercises. Core on the Ball – Consist of deliberate balancing exercises and strength coordination, to challenge core strength and flexibility.
Mind & Body
Power Yoga – Strong yoga in flowing sequence (Vinyasa) to improve grace, strength and flexibility. BuZen Yoga - A combination of Hatha Yoga and martial arts balancing exercises.
